Midwestern Companion

lord_dorogoth Definetly not the easiest music to listen to; especially with the super high pitched sections at the end of the 1st and last song, however if you're up for the challenge I would reccomend for the harsh soundscapes. Also, love the cover art, that shit would go great on a shirt Favorite track: Drastic Measures.

Grain Belt was a project formed in 2008 by Joe Beres (WILLFUL, Small Doses label), Oskar Brummel (WINCE, White Centipede Noise) and Sam Stoxen (BACULUM, Phage Tapes). The goal was basically to make noise as possible with just a few pieces of scrap metal and distortion pedals. For several years, it was treated like a real band with proper rehearsals, frequent live performances and a small tour in 2010. This CD compiles all the studio recordings in remastered but unedited form (includes a 27 minute version of the Dragline cassette released on Skeleton Dust), plus a live recording that had not been previously released.
